Classes will run in six week blocks
- Tuesdays – 10.00 to 11.15am Good Morning Yoga with Megan
- Wednesdays – 7.00 to 8.15pm Intermediate Yoga with Meghan
- Thursdays – 7.00 to 8.00pm Gentle Beginner’s Yoga with Gabriele,starts 24 March
Sound Mediation Bath every second Tuesday of the month with Ciarra Puca Healing
Next Sound Bath on Tuesday 8th February 2022 at 7.30pm to 8.30pm. Booking essential.
All classes are open to all genders and ages!! Sports Clubs and groups welcome.
