Our Friday afternoon slot will help you finish the working week on a positive note.  Waiting for you is a healthy lunch followed by yoga or meditation, lakeside walk, hot tub, sauna and massage.  Choice of massage therapies, Indian Head Massage, Ki Massage, Traditional Thai Massag.

Monday’s Warriors

Build your strength for the week ahead.  Start the healing with a fruit/yoghurt smoothie on arrival, them calming yoga or meditation, followed by hot tub, sauna and massage.  Enjoy a delicious home-made sandwich and freshly brewed organic tea or coffee, then leave feeling refreshed having just had the best “Me Time” ever.

It’s a man’s world

Head to toe treatment for the men of this modern stressed out world.  Start the day with a challenging session of astanga yoga, and then choose from a selection of treatments including Hot Tub, Sauna, Traditional Thai, Indian Head and Holistic massage.  Enjoy an organic home cooked lunch.

An action packed day with the girlies…the healthy way.  Dive into the “bubbly” of the hot tub, sweat it out in the sauna, let us massage away the aches and pains of your upper back and neck and tuck into a delicious healthy lunch.  Extra treatments and Yoga teaching session available as extras.
