Reservations

Reservations cannot be accepted as binding unless they are accompanied by 50% deposit per person. Full payment is required upon departure, in the event of early departure, no refund or discount will be given.

Fees

The fees are inclusive of VAT(20%). Prices are correct at time of print, but are subject to review without notice.

Payment

Cheques must be accompanied by a current bankers card. Visa/Access facilities are available. Payment for additional purchases and treatments must be made on departure. In the event of a cancellation of treatments a 50% charge for the treatment will be made unless 24 hours notice is given.

Treatments

In order to avoid dissappointment, additional treatments or use of Centre facilities must be requested at least 7 days in advance of arrival. Please remember, although the same results are achieved, therapists techniques vary according to individual styles.

Gift Vouchers

These are available for purchase at reception. All vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue and will only be extended in exceptional circumstances. Gift voucher packages also need to be pre-booked. Please state the serial number of the gift voucher when booking, and present to reception on arrival.

Cancellations

Management will retain the deposit per person if the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival. We also require 24 hours notice for cancellation of treatments booked, otherwise 50% of the treatment price will be charged. In the event of ‘failure to turn up’ the full amount will be charged.

Mechanical/Electrical breakdown of facilities

No refunds will be given as a result of mechanical or electrical breakdowns of any kind. These breakdowns are usually beyond the control of the Management, although we will endeavour to ensure repair of any such fault as quickly as possible.

Valuables

No responsibility can be accepted by Management for the safety of money or valuables of any kind. It is essential that such items are covered by your own insurance for the period of your visit. Blaney Spa and Yoga Centre will not be liable in any circumstances whatsoever for damage, injury or consequential loss caused to patrons, their property or belongings unless it is solely due to negligence of the Centre, its service or agents.

Children and Pets

Management regret that they do not have facilities for children under the age of 16. We also cannot allow guests to bring pets.

Doctor

Blaney Spa and Yoga Centre is not an alternative medical centre, and does not have a resident doctor. Guests are advised to consult with their family doctor regarding any treatments or use of any facilities before their arrival.

Alcohol

This is strictly forbidden in the Centre, and those who are, or appear to be, under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to use any of the facilities or receive any treatments.
