Yoga

Regular yoga classes are available in Astanga, Hatha, Ante Natal, Post-Natal, Over 40’s, Back strengthening.  Classes run in 6 week blocks, each class lasts for 1hr 15mins.

£7 per session

Special Offer: £40 if paid in full for six classes.

Private Yoga Tuition

One to one yoga tutoring £30 per hour.
