Looking for a gift?  A gift voucher makes an ideal present for someone who deserves a day to relax and pamper themselves.  Gift vouchers can be used for any of our treatments, services or packages, as long as they are pre-booked at least a week in advance.

Yoga

Regular yoga classes are available in Astanga, Hatha, Ante Natal, Post-Natal, Over 40’s, Back strengthening, Children. Classes run in 10-week blocks, each class is 1 1/4 hours long.

Friday chill-out – £90

Start with yoga, or meditation then lunch, Lakeside walk, Hot Tub, Sauna and Massage. Choose either Holistic, Indian Head, Ki massage, Traditional Thai massage or Reflexology.

Monday’s warriors 10am – 1.30pm – £80

Fruit/Yoghurt smoothie on arrival, Hot Tub, sauna and massage. Lunch of delicious hand-made italian bread.

Yin and Yang – £75

Expert yoga teaching, hot tub and sauna. Followed by organic vegetarian lunch, Astanga, Hatha yoga disciplines catered for.

Astanga yoga, plus 1 massage treatment. Organic home cooked lunch.
