Conditions of Hire
The Booking Remittance of £80 per week which must be paid to us by the hirer at the time of booking comprises £80 part payment of the hire charge.
Balance of Hire Money. The gross hire shown on your Booking Confirmation less the deposit part of the booking remittance paid at the time of booking, is due and payable 4 weeks prior to occupation.
The Hirer is responsible for the property, all equipment during the period of hire, for the clean condition of all utensils at the end of the hire, and for taking all reasonable care of the property and its equipment. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The booking is made on the understanding that the property is to be placed at the disposal of the hirer on the date in question unless the Owner is prevented from so doing by circumstances not under the control of the Owner, in which case the deposit shall be returned to the Hirer in full but the Hirer shall have no claim on any account against the Owner.
The properties are fully equipped; linen for all persons is provided unless stated otherwise. Any losses or breakages must be paid for, and the Hirers are advised to check the inventory on arrival, and to report any missing or damaged articles without delay. Towels, soap and dishcloths are not provided.
Minors. Hirers must be over the age of 18 years.
In the event of non-arrival, and where no notice of late arrival has been received, the owner or representative reserve the right to re-let the property from midday on the day following the scheduled commencement of hire.
Dogs are permitted, but the owners are responsible at all times to keep them under control.
Method of payment. Payments may be made by cheque or cash. Cheques should be made payable to Innishbeg Cottages Retreats
